Center Grove Lassie League is an organization that has been apart of the community since 1986. Since this time, the Lassie League and local businesses' have come together to mutually benefit our community and provide a sport for our young girls to grow and thrive in. In addition, the Lassie League sponsors the Johnson County Special Olympic's tournament. We open our park, provide the umpires and base umpires for the entire tournament. For our teenagers who come to volunteer for the event that are also members of National Honors Society, they get credit for service hours for their time. The Lassie League continues to find ways to give back and provide opportunities to better our youth.
In the spring season, the Lassie League has, on average, 600 girls and in the fall season there are, on average, 300 girls who come to play. We also host multiple tournaments throughout the year, that can consist of up to 60 teams coming in from around the area. If you are able to help sponsor at the Lassie League, your business name and info will be displayed on either team shirts, banners, plaques, scoreboards and/or on our website for the public to see. Your involvement with the Lassie League does not go unnoticed. The Lassie League exists to teach young girls not only softball, but along with the sport comes social and competitive skills, sportsmanship, and leadership abilities. Without the help and generous donations from sponsors, this goal cannot be obtained. We have many different ways to become involved, see below, and we look forward to partnering with you.
Home Plate Sponsorship: $50
Your business name, family name or recognition of someone in support of the Center Grove Lassie League (CGLL) will be put on a 1ft X 1ft home plate design banner at the back stop of a diamond for a term of 1 season. Once a Home Plate has been made for a season, to renew the Home Plate for the next season will be reduced to $35.
3X4 Banner Sponsorship: $150
A 3X4 banner displaying your business name, address, website and phone number will be placed on an outfield fence for the term of one season. A link to your business's website will be placed on the CGLL's website. Once a banner has been made for a season, to renew the 3X4 banner for the next season will be reduced to $100. If ordering more than one 3X4 banner, each additional banner will be reduced to $100.
4X6 Banner Sponsorship: $250
A 4X6 banner displaying your business name, address, website, phone number and logo will be placed on an outfield fence for the term of one season. A link to your business's website will be placed on the CGLL's website. Once a banner has been made for a season, to renew the 4X6 banner for the next season will be reduced to $200. If ordering more than one 4X8 banner, each additional banner will be reduced to $200.
5X8 Banner Sponsorship: $300
A 5X8 banner displaying your business name, phone number, address and logo will be placed on an outfield fence for the term of one season. A link to your business's website will be placed on the CGLL's website. Once a banner has been made for a season, to renew the 5X8 banner for the next season will be reduced to $250. If ordering more than one 5X8 banner, each additional banner will be reduced to $250.
Single Team Sponsorship: $250
Your business name and phone number will be placed on 1 team's shirts, which include every girls' game shirt, head coach and assistant coach's shirt for the term of one season. A link to your business's website will be placed on the CGLL's website. You will also receive a team picture plaque to display at your establishment.
Double Team Sponsorship: $400
Your business name and phone number will be placed on 1 team's shirts, which include every girls' game shirt, head coach and assistant coach's shirt for the term of one season. A 3ft X 4ft banner displaying your business name and phone number will be placed on an outfield fence for the term of one season. A link to your business's website will be placed on the CGLL's website. You will also receive a team picture plaque to display at your establishment. Once a banner has been made for a season, to renew the double sponsorship for the next season will be reduced to $350.
Triple Team Sponsorship: $500
Your business name and phone number will be placed on 1 team's shirts, which include every girls' game shirt, head coach and assistant coach's shirt for the term of one season. A 4ft X 6ft banner displaying your business name and phone number will be placed on an outfield fence for the term of one season. A link to your business's website will be placed on the CGLL's website. You will also receive a team picture plaque to display at your establishment. Once a banner has been made for a season, to renew the triple sponsorship for the next season will be reduced to $450.

Your business name and phone number will be placed on 2 team's shirts, which include every girls' game shirt, head coach and assistant coach's shirt for the term of one season. A 4ft X 6ft banner displaying your business name and phone number will be placed on an outfield fence for the term of one season. A link to your business's website will be placed on the CGLL's website. You will also receive a team picture plaque to display at your establishment. Once a banner has been made for a season, to renew the home run sponsorship for the next season will be reduced to $700.
Grand Slam Sponsorship: $1000
Your business name and phone number will be placed on 3 team's shirts, which include every girls' game shirt, head coach and assistant coach's shirt for the term of one season. A 4ft X 6ft banner displaying your business name and phone number will be placed on an outfield fence for the term of one season. A link to your business's website will be placed on the CGLL's website. You will also receive a team picture plaque to display at your establishment. Once a banner has been made for a season, to renew the grand slam sponsorship for the next season will be reduced to $950.
Batting Cage Sponsorship: $500
Currently the Center Grove Lassie League has 1 batting cage that is in need of repairs. In addition, a second batting cage is being put in. Batting cages create great hitters. In order to move into the expert level in hitting, repetition is key. Spending time in the batting cage allows the hitter to become accustomed to seeing the ball being pitched, which will decrease fear of the ball, improve hand eye coordination, increase bat speed, establish muscle memory with hitting, and perfect the basics of proper hitting mechanics. Your business name and phone number will be displayed on a 2ft X 2ft banner on the batting cage for the term of 1 season. A link to your business's website will be placed on the CGLL's website. Once the banner has been made for the term of 1 season, to renew the batting cage sponsorship for another season will be reduced for $450.
Score Board Sponsorship: $3,000
The CGLL consists of 10 fields and each field is in need for a score board. Having a score board brings pride and raises morale to the teams. The softball players will see that their organization and community sponsors and cares about them. Secondly, the fans will feel the effect. A functioning score board will bring fans to the edge of their seats and even bring them to tears. It helps boosts excitement for everyone. Watching a game and knowing what the score is, how many strikes the current batter has, makes the fans and the teams more involved in the game. For $3,000, we can add a score board to 1 field. Your business name and logo will be displayed on the score board for the term of 3 years. In addition, your business logo will be displayed on the CGLL's home page recognizing your support and a link will be provided to your business's website. Score boards also need routine maintenance each year. After the 3 year term, for $750 your business name will remain on the score board to recognize your support for the maintenance of the score board for the term of 1 year.
Field Sponsorship: $2,000-$5,000
The CGLL consists of 10 fields. Each field, throughout the year, requires the grass to be mowed, treated for weeds, watered when necessary, replace sand in the infield, repair or replace fencing, replace bases as needed, and line the fields before each game. It is costly to maintain the park and we are in need to make much needed improvements to each field.
For $2,000, your business name, phone number, and logo will be placed on 1 team's shirts, which includes every girl's game shirt, head coach and assistant coach's shirt for the term of 2 seasons. Your business logo will be displayed on the CGLL's home page recognizing your support and a link will be provided to your business's website. A 5ft X 8ft banner displaying your business name, phone number and logo will be placed in the centerfield area for the term of one year. You will also receive a team picture plaque for all teams sponsored to display at your establishment.
For $3,500, your business name, phone number, and logo will be placed on 1 team's shirts, which includes every girl's game shirt, head coach and assistant coach's shirt for the term of 4 seasons. Your business logo will be displayed on the CGLL's home page recognizing your support and a link will be provided to your business's website. A 5ft X 8ft banner displaying your business name, phone number and logo will be placed in the centerfield area for the term of 2 years. You will also receive a team picture plaque for all teams sponsored to display at your establishment.
For $5,000, your business name, phone number, and logo will be placed on 2 teams' shirts, which includes every girls' game shirt, head coach and assistant coaches' shirt for the term of 6 seasons. Your business logo will be displayed on the CGLL's home page recognizing your support and a link will be provided to your business's website. A 5ft X 8ft banner displaying your business name, phone number and logo will be placed in the centerfield area for the term of 3 years. You will also receive a team picture plaque for all teams sponsored to display at your establishment.
