Wallen Complex 2024 Information

Recreational League run in Spring and Fall Season

WALLEN does not restrict play because of residency.   Wallen doesn't follow Little League restriction because of zip code.

We allow all kids from area and surrounding areas, along with Ohio.

Wallen play is all at 8917 Village Drive Fort Wayne, IN 46818




Tee Ball

                Ages 4 to 5 years old boys and girls, play 10 to 12 game seasons, practices start first week of April weather permitting.
                Season runs from May till end of June.   COST $75.00 Multi Family Discounts Apply.  Wallen will place players equally on rosters.

Lob Baseball 

                Ages 6 to 7 (7 Less advance skills recommended) boys with girls' option to play, play 10 to 12 games with single elimination tournament
                last week of June.  Cost $105.00 Multi Family Discounts Apply.  Wallen will place players equally on rosters.

Lob Softball 

                Ages 6 to 8 (less skilled 8) years old girls, play 10 to 12 games with single elimination tournament
                last week of June.  Cost $105.00 Multi Family Discounts Apply.  Wallen will place players equally on rosters.

ABC Softball

               Ages 8 to 9(less skilled9) year old girls Cost $125.00, play 10 to 12 games with single elimination tournament.
              Wallen will place players equally on rosters.

2024 Spring Baseball & Softball:   Evaluation's 3rd week of March Teams created Practice may start as early as April 1, 2024.
Spring Season Time Frames:

Baseball 

                Ages 7 to 21 years old, play 12 to 16 games regular season and runs from May thru June Weather permitting.  
                with a single elimination tournament After July 4th, 2024 with a best 2 out of 3 championship series.   
                Allstar games July 11th, 2024 on all division.
             

Ages 7(advance skill 7) to 8 years old (Clemente),

Ages 9 to 10 years old (Mays),

Ages 11 to 12 years old (Reese),
COST $160.00 Normal per player (DISCOUNT for 2024 SPRING ONLY) $105.00 Wallen Baseball and Softball Charities sponsored discount.

Ages 13 to 15 years old (Koufax),
COST $160.00 per player

Eric Wedge Division (WOOD BAT ONLY) 16-21 (if 21 turn 22 before 12/31 Eligible) date year old baseball 12 to 14 games regular season and runs from 2nd full week of June till 3rd week of July (tournament may be 4th week of July) which will have single elimination tournament that week.  Cost is $160.00 Multi-Family Discount applies also 15 years that play in Koufax division may play Eric Wedge division for additional $100.00

Softball

play 12 to 14 game regular season and runs from May thru 3rd week of June with a double elimination tournament the last week of June. Weather permitting! 
                  
               Allstar games July 11th, 2024 on all division.

Divisions

                  Ages 14 thru 18 years old (Seniors)
Travel teams welcomed play 12 to 14 games evaluations set for 2nd or 3rd week of May 2024. Multi-Family Discount applies also 14 years that play in Juniors division may play Seniors division for additional $90.00                         

                Season starts June 8th, 2024 and ending 2nd to 3rd week of July with a Double Elimination Tournament 2nd or 3rd week of July!!!! 
                COST $160.00 per girl, Multi Family Discounts apply. see below on Travel team cost.  May have roster of to 20 girls but only allowed 12 to 
                play on game days. No weekends, Mondays or Fridays--unless request made by house teams
                 
               
               
Cost range FOR TRAVEL DIVISION AND TRAVEL TEAMS PLAYING

                JUNIORS cost is $1,500.00 With the
                exception of the following: 
                If team is going register and play in 2024 Spring Season and Play in Fall 2024 Season the cost is $1,350.00, but have to put down
                $50.00 towards your Fall registration.  If your team chooses not to play in Fall, then the $50.00 it is nonrefundable.  So, cost will be
                $1,400.00 at time of registration for Spring and the $50.00 goes towards your $700.00 Fall Registration.

               SENIORS Cost $650.00. Travel teams must provide own insurance and uniforms.    May purchase insurance thru Wallen  additional $100.00 must also
              have uniforms with numbers.

FALL SEASON

4-5 T ball only (Fall)               
Girls and Boys, 8 to 10 games Season runs 2nd full week of August till middle of October.  
                                       Cost $65.00 individual discount if register before certain date.  Games Thursday and Friday nights

6 to 7-year-old Lob Division (Fall)   
Girls and Boys Teams, 8 to 10 games Season runs 2nd full week of August till middle of October.  
                                       Cost $95.00 individual discount if register before certain date.  Games Thursday and Friday nights

                  Teams will be formed from 8/1 thru 8/4-- Practices begin as early as 8/5/2024



Softball Travel League-
               Individual registration, and Travel teams 10 games Saturday double headers.  Season starts Sept after Labor Day and 
               run till 2nd or 3rd week of October with a single elimination tournament.  
               Saturday play will be 10U & 12U.
               Sunday play will be 14U & 16U.  
               Cost per Travel team is $675.00
If need insurance $775.00

Baseball Travel Teams can play Thursday and Friday but must play up 1 division, but also have the following option for travel teams only 

Baseball Travel League-

SUNDAY

               Travel teams 10 games double headers.  Season starts Sept after Labor Day and 
               run till 2nd or 3rd week of October with a single elimination tournament  
               Saturday play will be 13U in afternoon to avoid football 
               Sunday play will be 10U thru 12U Sunday play.  
               Cost per Travel team is $650.00
