All of our practices and home games will be at Adams Ricci Football Field.
Ages:
1st Grade through 8th Grade
2024 Registration:
*REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED*
Registration for the 2024 season will be held online beginning Friday, April 5, 2024
Registration will close June 28, 2024. All registrations will be done online only.
Late registrations will not be accepted due to ordering uniforms and bows.

DUE AT REGISTRATION TIME:
Registration Fee: $140 Per Cheerleader
Your Registration Fee is nonrefundable and non-transferable to another year/player/sport. Once you register your cheerleader, supplies are ordered and fees are paid on their behalf. There are no refunds for any reason once you register. This includes not starting the season, ending the season early by quitting or by termination.

DUE AT UNIFORM HANDOUT TIME, 2 Checks:
* Volunteer Check: $55.00 Per Family
(Will be returned once a 2-Hour Assigned volunteer session has been completed)
(if cashed - it is non refundable and non transferrable).
* Uniform Deposit Check: $75.00 Per Cheerleader
(Will be returned once the full uniform is returned in laundered condition)
(if cashed - it is non refundable and non transferrable).

MANDATORY SUB FUNDRAISER:
Our fundraiser will be R & K Subs. Cheerleaders must sell 25 subs per family (if an immediate family member (same household) is in Football you complete under football not cheer). If you sell fewer than 25, you must pay $2/item not sold. If you do not want to participate in the sub sale, you may do the buyout for $55 per family (not per athlete).

2024 Key Dates:
Cheer Camp: July 23 and 24 (5:30PM each night)
Parent meeting: Wednesday August 7, 2024 at 5:30 pm, Shaeffers Field - upstairs
Practice Dates: August 8th and 9th ...Then every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays
Practice times: 6:00 pm- 8:00 pm *Practice times shortened once school starts
Practice Location: Adams Ricci Park, new football field
Photo Date: August 29, 2024, Adams Ricci Football Field

* Registration includes:
1. Uniform: vest/skirt – to be returned at the end of the season, laundered
Pony and Midgets receive an Orange Liner
2. Pom Poms - to be returned at the end of the season
3. Bows: regular and pink-out - EPYAL purchased, athlete keeps
4. Black compression briefs - EPYAL purchased, athlete keeps
5. End of season event for cheerleader
6. End of season gift for cheerleader
7. Cheer Camp registration with t-shirt for EPYAL Night at High School Game on Sept 6th. This shirt should be put aside and not worn until the high school game night.
Athlete provides (Requirement):
1. White Ankle Socks
2. White Cheer Sneakers *Available on Amazon*
3. Metal Water Bottle *Water only, no sports drinks/soda. No Glass. No throw away plastic bottles*
4. Sports Bag (for pom poms)
5. Black Leggings for cold weather
6. Black hat/gloves for cold weather
7. Smurf/Pee Wee Squad - Black Long Sleeve Shirt for cold weather

Extra Fun Activity Dates:
All of these will be listed in Game Changer with more information to come at a later date:
August 22nd- EP Fall Sports Parade - Meet at Middle School, end at the high school
September 6 - EPYAL Cheerleaders cheer alongside the High School Cheerleaders
October 2024- Halloween Parade - Meet at High School, end at township building
October 20th Pink Out Game – wear as much PINK as you want with your uniform
December 2024- End of Year Event

Rules and Guidelines:
A Guideline and Rules book will be handed out at the Mandatory Parent Meeting. EPYAL Cheerleading follows a ZERO TOLERANCE for bullying. If bullying occurs the cheerleader will be terminated immediately without refund. If the Mandatory Meeting is missed by a parent/guardian – the cheerleader does not cheer until they have met with a Director.
