PHLL League Update

Hello T-Ball and Minor B and C Families-

We hope this email finds you well during a difficult time.  As you know, the governor has recently greenlighted youth sports to resume under strict guidelines.  Prior to the end of this month, for instance, no games are allowed, and players must remain in groups of no more than 10.  Beginning on June 29, although games will be permitted, a maximum of only 50 people at a time - including players, coaches, staff, and parents - are allowed in the entire complex.  Concession stands are to remain closed, and players will not be allowed to share bats and other equipment.

In light of this and other difficult restrictions, including the requirement that even the youngest players be socially distanced, we and the other Little Leagues in the City of Lynn have come to the unfortunate conclusion that it would not be prudent to operate T-Ball or Minor B and C leagues this season.  Although we are saddened by this decision, as always, the health and safety of our players and our community remains our top priority.

Thank you so much for your patience and for your dedication to Pine Hill Little League.  Although we may not be together on the field this summer, your families remain in our thoughts and we look forward to regrouping for a strong 2021 season.  In light of this year's cancellation, registration fees paid for the 2020 season will be applied to your 2021 registration costs.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Best wishes for a happy and healthy summer and fall...see you at Gallagher in the spring!!!
