Our Philosophy: Oceanway Sports will endeavor to emphasize 3 key objectives: SAFETY, participation over competition, and education over performance.We will strive to ensure that all participants spend an equal amount of time in play. We expect coaches to maintain a safe, positive and nourishing environment for all participants. Our coaches will not be judged on their win/loss record but on their "Fun Coefficient".Above all, we will remember that this activity is for "the kids". It is our philosophy to provide a strong emphasis on the core fundamentals of youth sports. Teamwork, commitment, work-ethic, respect and sportsmanship are strongly emphasized.Each of our participants will be better young men & young ladies after their time with us.
