REGISTRATION FEES:

• $700 for all NEW participants or RETURNERS who will need a new COMP uniform.
• $480 for RETURNERS who DO NOT need a new COMP Uniform
• $595 for RETURNERS who need a new COMP Top or Skirt (Using last years Top or Skirt)

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

• Online payments available through Sport Connect
• Full payment deadline is June 30th for Registration fees of $480. Uniform Payments will be due August 1st. 
• Automatic payments can be set up & you will receive an email reminder 7 days in advance. You can cancel or make changes to the credit card information at any time.
• Equipment/Uniforms will not be disbursed to any player without full payment & all required paperwork turned in.

• Final teams/division will be based on actual registration- although odd ages are offered we may combine ages to ensure competitive & full teams. The final decision will be made by the OSA Board based on what is best for the park.

REGISTRATION FEES:

• Parent will be responsible for the following:
• 7 piece girdle/pant (OSA will have available for purchase)
• Mouthpiece (must attach to helmet)
• Cleats (preferred black)
• Socks (color will be determined once uniform design complete)
• If you request to use your own football equipment you will need to sign a waiver and please note that the helmet must be black and match the rest of the teams equipment.
