The MORGAN COUNTY SOCCER LEAGUE (MCSL) is dedicated to providing an economical, recreational soccer program for children of Morgan County and its surrounding areas. This soccer program includes the development of a healthy attitude toward sportsmanship and respect for authority together with instruction in soccer rules, skills and elements of team play. The MCSL strives to promote fair play and nurture a passion for the game of soccer. To provide the necessary support for the program, the MCSL will recruit and provide training for coaches, referees and board members who share similar attitudes and philosophies about recreational soccer.
