The Lakers finished up a memorable 2018 season yesterday with over Maple Shade and a more memorable bus ride home.  The girls finished with a 7-5-1 overall record and were 7-1-1 in their last 9 games.  The team started the season slowly with 4 losses to local rivals Indian Mills, Tabernacle, Southampton, and Hainesport.  Things were different the second time around and the team posted a 3-0-1 record against these same teams.  By improving their Goal For average by 3.75 and reducing their Goals Against average by 1.75, the Lakers showed these team who was really in charge. 

Good luck to the (12) 8th graders next year, you will be missed.  The Shawnee lacrosse team will be thrilled to have you!"
