Volunteer fees can be opted out of for a donation of $250.

Players will need to provide their own practice pants.

Tackle Football is open to children ages 5-14 (age as of August 31, 2025). 

There are four age divisions:

Please register your child by age and if you are interested in having them play down, send an email to [email protected] and it can be discussed.

Registration fees include a personalized jersey that the player keeps. 

**Please remember that if your child is changing levels, their jersey # might already be taken by a child staying at that level. In this case a new jersey would need to be purchased. **

VOLUNTEER FEE - Volunteers are the core of our program. We depend fully on the help of parents and volunteers of our organization to facilitate everything from coaching, being a board and/or committee member, helping with events/fundraising, and gameday operations. Volunteering is a wonderful way to show our children the meaning of teamwork and community starting with us. The volunteer policy is intended to distribute the workload among all Jr. Midget players and cheerleaders' families.

- There is $100 refundable fee based on completion of volunteer obligation. This is due at the time of registration.

- There is a volunteer buy out option of $250. This is for families who are unable or unwilling to help with the organization that runs solely on volunteer cooperation. This is due at the time of registration and is nonrefundable.

Each family will be required to work one homestand for the 2024 season. Amount of time required to work will be based on team size and willing volunteers per players and cheerleaders. The more who are willing to volunteer, the less time will be required to work. As soon as the schedule is released teams will be assigned their homestand and volunteer responsibilities for that day. If you are unable to work your assigned shift; it is your responsibility to find a substitute to fill your spot and communicate the change with the volunteer chair. The schedule will be emailed and posted on our organization's Facebook page. Any changes to the schedule will be updated on Facebook as well. 

Per game we need the following positions filled.

- 4-5 concession stand workers

- 3 chain gang workers

- 1 scorekeeper

- We have an awesome announcer willing to do all games he is available for. If he is unavailable, we will need this position filled as well.

-spirit and pep ideas

At the parent kickoff meeting you will be given the opportunity to list all willing volunteers per child and their preference of what position to work. We cannot guarantee you will be assigned that position, but we will try our best. We know this is not a perfect solution and we will not be able to please every family. We are at a point that we need to shift gears and distribute the workload more evenly. It is crucial for everyone to be involved so we can thrive as an organization. We know we will have a lot of fun and teach our kids valuable lessons along the way.
