Cheerleading is open to children ages 5-14 (age as of August 31, 2024). 

The football teams are divided into 4 divisions based on age, the cheer squads are not. This year you will select the team you would like your child to cheer for.

REGISTRATION FEES:

$180.00 - New Cheerleader (includes uniform, Pom Poms and Bow that will be yours to keep)

$90.00 if a returning cheerleader and your uniform still fits and you have your bow. New matching pom poms will be purchased this year.

There is a family discount of $50, if you have more that one child participating in cheer or football, they must be registered at the same time to get discount.

Registration fees include a fitted uniform and pom poms, please stay tuned for update on dates to be fitted for a uniform.

VOLUNTEER FEE - Volunteers are the core of our program. We depend fully on the help of parents and volunteers of our organization to facilitate everything from coaching, being a board and/or committee member, helping with events/fundraising, and gameday operations. Volunteering is a wonderful way to show our children the meaning of team work and community starting with us. The volunteer policy is intended to distribute the work load among all Jr. Midget players and cheerleaders families.

- There is $100 refundable fee based on completion of volunteer obligation. This is due at the time of registration.

- There is a volunteer buy out option of $250. This is for families who are unable or unwilling to help with the organization that runs solely on volunteer cooperation. This is due at the time of registration and is non refundable.

Each family will be required to work one homestand for the 2024 season. Amount of time required to work will be based on team size and willing volunteers per players and cheerleaders. The more who are willing to volunteer, the less time will be required to work. As soon as the schedule is released teams will be assigned their homestand and volunteer responsibilities for that day. If you are unable to work your assigned shift; it is your responsibility to find a substitute to fill your spot and communicate the change with the volunteer chair. The schedule will be emailed and posted on our organization's Facebook page. Any changes to the schedule will be updated on Facebook as well. 

Per game we need the following positions filled.

- 4-5 concession stand workers

- 3 chain gang workers

- 1 scorekeeper

- We have an awesome announcer willing to do all games he is available for. If he is unavailable we will need this position filled as well.

-spirit and pep ideas

At the parent kickoff meeting you will be given the opportunity to list all willing volunteers per child and their preference of what position to work. We can not guarantee you will be assigned that position but we will try our best. We know this is not a perfect solution and we will not be able to please every family. We are at a point that we need to shift gears and distribute the work load more evenly. It is crucial for everyone to be involved so we can thrive as a organization. We know we will have a lot of fun and teach our kids valuable lessons along the way.

Games will be played on the Saturdays and Sundays. Home games will be played at Catholic War Vets. Games start after Labor Day and will run for a maximum of 10 weeks.
