Ages 7-18
Preseason practices starts September 1 and runs thru start of regular season and is OPTIONAL practice.
Regular Season Practice Start/End Dates: Nov 4th 2024 - March 31st 2025
Post Season practices also optional from end of season until end of school year
* NO practice Spring Break Week or Holidays as school will be closed*
Preseason Practice Days: Wednesday & Friday in the Lake Nona High School Wrestling Room
Regular Season Practice Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays in the Lake Nona High School Wrestling Room
Practice Times: 5:30 PM - 7 PM
** Practice will be a compilation of calisthenics, basic wrestling instruction and drills, with live wrestling**

Location: Lake Nona High School Wrestling room
** Best way to access wrestling room is from the FRONT parking lot through the GYM doors. Wrestling Coach will let you in.
