Registration fee includes an AAU card and entry into one tournament.
Important: Please bring a copy of your child’s birth certificate on the first day of practice.
Ages: 5-18
Regular Season Dates: March 24, 2026 - June 25, 2026
*We follow the OCPS calendar for breaks and holidays when school is closed*
Practice Schedule:
- Preseason: Tuesdays
- Regular Season: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Practice Times:
- High School: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Elementary & Middle School: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
**Practice sessions include a combination of calisthenics, basic wrestling instruction, drills, and live wrestling**
What to Wear:
- Gym shorts
- T-shirt
- Wrestling shoes
- Headgear

Lake Nona High School Wrestling Room
Facility Access:
The best way to access the wrestling room is through the front parking lot, entering via the gym doors. A coach will be available to let participants in.
