Registration fee includes AAU card and 1 tournament entry.
** Please bring a copy of your child's birth certificate at first day of practice.
Ages 5-18
Preseason practices starts September 24th and runs thru start of regular season and is OPTIONAL practice.
Regular Season Practice Start/End Dates: March 9th 2026 - June 2026
* NO practice Spring Break Week or Holidays as school will be closed*
Preseason Practice Days: Tuesdays in the Lake Nona High School Wrestling Room
Regular Season Practice Days: TBD in the Lake Nona High School Wrestling Room
Practice Times: 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
** Practice will be a compilation of calisthenics, basic wrestling instruction and drills, with live wrestling**

Location: Lake Nona High School Wrestling room
** Best way to access wrestling room is from the FRONT parking lot through the GYM doors. Wrestling Coach will let you in.
What to wear: Gym shorts, T-Shirt, wrestling shoes and headgear What to bring: Water/mall towel
