Practice Start/End Dates: February 24th – April22nd
* NO practice Spring Break Week as school will be closed*
Practice Days: Monday & Wednesday in the Lake Nona High School Wrestling Room
Practice Times: 6PM - 7:30PM
** Practice will be a compilation of calisthenics, basic wrestling instruction and drills, with live wrestling**

Location: Lake Nona High School Wrestling room
** Best way to access wrestling room is from side parking lot through the large garage door style opening. Doors on the Narcoossee side of the school will remain locked.**
What to wear: Navy Blue gym shorts, T-Shirt, wrestling shoes and headgear What to bring: Water/small towelNew for 2020: Practice Uniform Shirt is required at each practice (One practice uniform shirt will be provided and addition shirts can be order the first week of practice if desired for $10 each )
Practice Shorts are required to be Navy Blue (one pair on practice shorts are provided, additional shorts can be order for $20 dollars the first week of practice. As long as you come to practice in Navy short you will be fine) Refunds; In general, once equipment, uniforms, and or contracts are ordered / signed we do not have the luxury to award refunds.
Parents please keep in mind we are a parent run nonprofit with limited resources and are supported by a combination of donations and registration fees. No Coach, Team Parent, Volunteer, nor Board Member is paid for the time and or commitment to deliver this service to the community.
