REGISTRATION DATES: Registration for our Spring season will be open from October 27 - January 20. All registrations completed on or after January 1, 2025 will incur a $50 late fee per player.

FORMS PROCESSING: SOME of your required forms and information will be taken during the registration process. IN ADDITION, if there are discrepancies or difficulty uploading forms, in person Forms Processing events will be held in January 2025 to submit required medical information, confirm date of birth, and proof of residency or school eligibility for registrants that are 8-14 years old. Please make sure that you provide a clerk certified copy of your player's ORIGINAL birth certificate.

ASSESSMENTS: There will be Mandatory Assessments for all divisions, except Tee Ball and Minor - Coach/Machine Pitch. These assessments will be held on Saturday January 11-12, 2025. PLEASE NOTE THAT all players making request to play up including 7 year old (league age) players, must attend assessments. More information to follow.

PLAY UP REQUESTS: All requests to play up should be made in writing by sending an email to: [email protected]; [email protected]; and [email protected].

PRACTICE SCHEDULE: Practices will begin in February 2025 for most divisions. Practice schedule and days/times are not guaranteed and will be sent out once your player is placed on a team.

OPENING DAY: Opening Day Ceremonies are scheduled for Saturday March 8th.

GAME SCHEDULE: Games will be scheduled during the week and on Saturdays. Sundays may be used for make-up games and/or additional practices. Regular season games for all divisions will end in late May, with playoffs for league ages 8 and up potentially running into early June.
