Here are the registration forms for the Little League 2024 Spring Season.  Forms can be completed electronically but must be printed, signed and brought to one of the online registrations that will be held at the Haydon building.

medical_release_form.pdf - Needed for ALL PLAYERS

volunteer-app.pdf  - Needed for any adult who wants to coach, assist or umpire.  This form allows the league to run required background checks.

school-enrollment-form.pdf - Needed for any player that does not live within the Lancaster County Little League boundaries but attends Lancaster County Public Schools or Chesapeake Academy.  If you child is home schooled, this form is not applicable.  Rules require home schooled children to live within the defined Little League boundary.
