Safety

Any incident that causes a player, manager, coach, umpire, or volunteer to receive medical treatment and/or first aid must be reported to the Safety Officer within 48 hours of the incident.  Please complete the Incident/Injury form below and submit it to the CLL Safety Officer.

Boundaries

To be eligible to play at CLL, players must reside or attend school within our league’s boundary. Schools located within CLL's boundary include, but may not be limited to South Seminole, Teague and Tuskawilla Middle Schools.  If you reside outside our boundary, but attend a school within it, Little League requires that submit a School Enrollment Form, which is located below.

Document Check Items

All players MUST attend a Document Verification event each year and provide the following:
 

  1. Proof of Age 
    Based on Little League® rules, original documents (no photocopies) must be presented.  In addition, passports are not an acceptable form of age verification.

  2. Proof of Residency or completed School Enrollment Form 
    Residence shall be established and supported by documents dated or in force between February 1, 2016 to February 1, 2017, from THREE OR MORE different categories. Preferred methods to verify residency include a valid Driver's License, Vehicle Registration, Insurance Card, and/or Tournament verification form from last year. 
     

  3. One (1) copy of the LL Medical Release Form
