COVID & Camp Update!!!

Good morning and I hope everyone is healthy and enjoying this great weather!

First let us start with our COVID update. As many of you may have heard fields are now officially open to the public, as well as external organization use. This means we can host events, and organize team activities. Yes we are a GO! However, there are things to consider and guidelines to follow as we attempt to bring the kids back out on the field.

We have updated our COVID PAGE with the latest information available; including the Return to Play and Mitigation Plan from the League. Please take the time to review the information and become familiar with the different protocol levels and guidelines.

This brings us to the Camps! Yes we will be having camps (Football and Cheer) in June and REGISTRATIONS are open!. We are asking that everyone pre-register if possible in order for us to adhere to COVID monitoring guidelines.

Camp dates are:

June 13 & 14, 9am-12pm
June 27 & 28, 8am-12pm

Be sure to fill out the attached waiver(s) on your confirmation email. Waivers can also be found HERE You will need a waiver for each camp day and each participant-this is anyone attending, volunteering, or spectating at the event.

We understand the first dates are short notice, but the fields were just made available late last week. As a staff we have been working with the league all weekend to get the appropriate guidelines and event plan together. We want to ensure we are both safe and compliant when hosting events. Coaches will be contacting parents this week to help coordinate and help answer any questions.

If you were not able to participate in all the Spring camp dates, you will will be receiving a coupon code you can apply to the June camp registration.

The shortage of time also means we will be sizing at this next weekends event! We are going to be adding the sizing to our June Camp Event Plan. If you are not able to size on the 13th & 14th, you will need to contact your Coach and make arrangments to get sized before the deadline of June 22nd. We will have more details on this later in the week.

We would like to once again thank everyone for their patience as we navigate through COVID-19 and its ramifications on our program.. This season will operate much different than most, but what's important is that we are able to get the kids back out on the field and that we do it as safely as possible. We understand each family will need to make the decision that is right for them and we support all our families one hundred percent.

We will be sending out notification emails and updating our Facebook page with event maps and general camp information. If you are comfortable with the protocols and are ready to get your kids active this summer, please get registered ASAP!
