We want you to know that organizations like ours run because of our amazing volunteers! We think it is important for Silvis Little League to have many people from the community come together to make a great experience for the children.  The more help we have doing this, the better the outcome.

We have opportunities big and small, and covering various skills and interests.


You could help with smaller short term projects like:

- Getting the word out for registration events
- Field clean up days
- Fundraiser events
- Community events

You could also help with bigger or more long term roles:

- Manage or coach a team
- Be the bookkeeper for games
- Join our umpires on the field
- Join our concession crew for our weeknight games
- Join the board of the league
   - Executive Board: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Player Agent, Safety Officer
   - Other Board Positions: Volunteer Coordinator, Equipment Manager, Field Maintenance Manager, Coaching Coordinator, Concessions Manager, Umpire in Chief, and more!

You can prepare to volunteer for us by filling out the Volunteer Application , then you can email it to us or mail a paper copy.  All volunteers will get a background check ran by the league.
