Hello Everyone,
Our last Verification date will be Saturday January 6th from 8am – 10am ONLY. There will not be any further verification dates. Verification is necessary and a requirement of registration to play in our league. If you do not verify your player, you will be refunded your registration fees (minus processing fees).

1/6/24 – 8:00am – 10:00am ONLY

If you already completed the in person verification, you are done and do not need to attend this verification.
What you need for our mandatory verification date:
Bring forms even if you uploaded them to our website
- Birth Certificate
- Medical Release Form
- Concussion Baseline Form
- Concussion Contract
- Age Verification – see attached form: Little League Residency and School Attendance Eligibility Checklist
- Address Verification – see attached form: Little League Residency and School Attendance Eligibility Checklist
- School Enrollment Form – see attached form: Little League Residency and School Attendance Eligibility Checklist (Only if you do not live in our boundaries and your player attends school in our boundaries)
- Residency Waiver written letter – only needed if you do not live within our boundaries. This letter is a written letter you create and sign advising why you are playing in our league vs your home league. The actual residency waiver will be given to you at verification.
We ask that you bring all your signed verification forms and your residency information to our in person verification. All forms MUST be originals (no copies) and we need to be able to keep them if your player/s are eligible for All-Stars. Baseball & Softball Minor, Major and Jr/Sr parents will be asked to sign an All-Star commitment form.
Please bring all registered players to verification for uniform sizing and information.
