Our Annual Membership Meeting for 2024 is set for June 1st, 2024

At the general meeting the following will be provided:

1. A copy of the FCLL Constitution (which is also located on the website).

2. Local League report showing the condition of F.C.L.L.

3. A general summary of funds received and expended by the local league for the previous fiscal year, the amount of funds currently in possession of the local league, and the name of the financial institution in which such funds are maintained.

4. The whole amount of real and personal property owned by the Local League where located, and where and how invested.

5. A list of members admitted to regular membership of the Local League during the year. (Article IV Section 1 names Board Members, Managers, Coaches, Team Parents, and other badged volunteers as members. Those not qualifying under the constitution may pay a $10.00 membership fee.)

6. At the Annual Meeting, the Members will be provided with the proposed changes to the Constitution and take a vote on the changes, should there be a quorum. Only Members as outlined in the Constitution are permitted to vote.

7. At the Annual Meeting, the Members can nominate potential board members.

8. Board of Directors Elections will take place at 9:00 AM. The Board member on Duty will have ballots available. After the Board of Directors is elected, the Board shall meet to elect the officers. After the election, the newly elected Board of Directors shall assume the performance of its duties on August 1st. The Board’s term of office shall continue until its successors are elected and qualified under this section.
