Thank you for registering your players for our Fall season.  We are excited to get started and seeing all of you at the park.

Our registration process continues with age verification and uniform fitting.

ALL REGISTERED PLAYERS MUST ATTEND!

7/27/24 from 8am - 11am
8/10/24 from 8am - 11am
8/17/24 from 8am - 11am

Fontana, CA 92336

What you need to bring:

• Birth Certificate for Age Verification
• Medical Release Form
• Player for uniform Fitting

All other forms to be signed will be on site.  However you can pull the following from our website www.fcll.info.

• Fontana Community Little League Graded Symptom Scale Checklist
• LL Parent Code of Conduct
• LL Player Code of Conduct
