- School Registration Form - A child has the option to register and play in the league where his/her school is located, in order to play with classmates and friends (school rule). An additional form [School Registration Form] is required to document the school registration. 
 
- Continuity Form - Once a player has rightfully started his/her Little League career in a particular league, he/she can choose to continue to play in that league for the duration of their eligible Little League career, provided there is no break in service to that league (i.e. service continuity).  Referred to as the “continuity rule”, an additional form [Continuity Form] is required to document this claim.

- Sibling Form - Once a child is rightfully registered to play in the Oglesby Baseball program, whether based on residence, school attendance, or service continuity, his or her siblings are also eligible to play for Oglesby Baseball. Referred to as the “sibling rule”, an additional form [Sibling Form] is required to document each sibling’s status.
