The Challenge program is one of the largest and strongest challenge programs in the state of North Carolina serving U9-U18 age groups. NCFC Youth’s challenge program offers a higher level of competition compared to Recreation soccer, without the time and financial commitment to families that is required of the Classic soccer program. All Challenge teams are created through a try-out process with the goal of creating parity across all teams within a playing division. The overall goal of Challenge is to provide players with a positive developmental environment with higher coaching standards than Recreation soccer so players can develop technically and tactically in a competitive environment that promotes growth and development.
