Documents & Practice Info
Physicals:
All players need a VHSL Physical form or JDYFL Medical release form filled out by a doctor. A physical done after May 1st 2022 is acceptable. Please turn it in at your child's first practice.
Birth Certificate:
If you did not participate with the Augusta Spartans last season, we will need a copy of your child's birth certificate. You may bring it to your first practice or scan it and email it to [email protected].
School Affiliation:
The League requires every player to provide proof of the school they attend. A list of examples are below. School documents from the 2021-2022 school year are acceptable.

Examples of School Affiliation documents accepted by the League include:
-Copy of your child's schedule
-Copy of your child's school registration letter
-Copy of your child's report card
-Copy of a student ID
-Copy of a school award or certificate that also indicates the school name
What does my child need for football practice?
-Football cleats
-Mouthpiece/Mouth Guard
-Wear shirt and shorts that can get dirty
-WATER - please remember to hydrate
