The Tri Valley Elite Wrestling Club High School Program is for high school wrestlers from 14 - 18 years old. Non-high school wrestlers should join our kids team. Our 2025 Fall Season runs from 9/3/25 through 10/31/25

Practices will be held Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 5p - 7p at the Livermore High School Mat Room (in the main gym on Church ST, Livermore CA 94550) Directions can be found at the bottom of our website home page. Schedule and locations are subject to change but changes are rare and normally are posted at least 2 weeks in advance.

We will train in Folkstyle wrestling (this is the high school and collegiate style) throughout this season.

Cost is $300 per wrestler. Work co-op opportunities may be available - contact coach for more information. Each wrestler must also have a current USAW membership card at time of registration. Cost for a USAW card is approximately $50. The card is valid only from 9/1 to 8/31 each year. Get your card here. You will first create an account for yourself and then buy membership(s) for any/each wrestler(s). Details on how to navigate the USAW website can be found at the bottom of our home page.  

Wrestlers must have clean wrestling shoes. If wrestler goes to folkstyle tournaments head gear is almost always required.

We will cap registration for this season at 75 wrestlers.

Participation in tournaments is optional but highly encouraged. Some tournaments that we may attend:

Super 32 Early Entry: Gilroy; 9/6-7/25; competitive tourney with mostly 2nd year wrestlers and up

North Coast Grapplers Classic: James Logan High School; probably 2nd weekend in OCT (Tentative); good for all wrestlers

Freakshow:, Las Vegas; 10/18-19/25; very competitive national level tournament
