Thunderbolt Registration Dates

Registration for Thunderbolt Football and Cheer will be held:

EVERY SATURDAY
10am -2 pm
Veteran's Park Fieldhouse
165th & Burnham
Calumet City, IL

Football Registration Fees $250
Cheer Fees $300

ALL FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY AUGUST 1st

Season starts August 1st.

All participants will need copies of:
-birth certificate
-2018 Physical
- 2018 4th quarter report card
