Morgan County Little League (MCLL), is located in a small town in the Eastern Panhandle of Wv, called Berkeley Springs. MCLL has male and female players ranging from 4 to 16 years of age in; T-ball, Minor League(s), All stars League(s), Intermediate League(s), Junior League(s), Senior League(s) and Softball League(s). MCLL encourages and set goals for practices towards; games and tournaments. In some divisions we travel to neighboring counties/states for more vigorous competitions in order to better our players. Little League Baseball and Softball is much more than just bats, balls, a field, dugouts, or any of the other dozens of physical items that go into baseball and softball. It has become, over the years, a leadership program for both children and adults, with the aim of helping children to become good and decent citizens, instead of just athletes. Through the application of Little League Rules, Regulations and Policies, developed over decades of experience, Little League has become a beacon throughout the world. Children learn the positive values of good sportsmanship, fair play and teamwork values they can use throughout their lives. Even adults involved as volunteers at MCLL gain a sense of belonging in our community, and can convey their leadership qualities to today’s children so they will grow to be tomorrow’s leaders. Our generous small town community support has huge hearts when it comes to operating under all volunteer efforts with our Non-Profit Organization. So your teacher or even your Insurance agent may be out on the field, in the concession stand or running a fundraiser. Each year MCLL looks forward to new players and their families, upcoming events, fundraisers and even more volunteer opportunities to share with our small town community for everlasting friendships for years to come.
