2024 Spring Baseball Registration Now Open!!!

Do I have to register online?
Yes, all families need to register online.  If you are returning, you can use the account you set up last year.  If you are new, click "Register" then "Create New Account."  You should set up one Account per family.

Please note that you will be provided with divisional options based on your child's Little League age.  Choose the division you think your child is most likely to be in, recognizing that tryouts will determine his or her placement.  We will make a transfer in the system if necessary.

Do I have to pay by credit card using the registration system?
Yes, if you register online, you will need to pay by credit card.  While we offered payment by mail in the past, not all families sent payments.  If you would like to pay by check or cash, please come to one of the Documentation Days listed above.

What are fees for this year?

Tee-Ball - $140
A, AA, AAA, Majors - $195
Juniors/Seniors - $235 (umpires are paid at this level)

Discount Cards are part of our fundraising.  Each Account (1 per household) has $25 added onto the registration costs.

The maximum any family will have to pay for multiple children is $575.  This should be applied at checkout but, if not, please alert [email protected] if it fails to reflect that maximum.

The BLL Board is very sensitive to how much we ask for each family to pay to play.  In reality, Registration fees cover just over 40% of the league's operating costs.  To cover the balance, we ask every family to support our Fundraising efforts (discount cards) that cover another 25% of the budget and require no door-to-door solicitation by your children.  In fact, discount cards can be sold to recover those fees.

Sponsors and Concession Stand revenue cover the remaining 35% of the budget, so please support our Sponsors' businesses with your patronage.  And visit the concession stands often!

Volunteer Fee
BLL is run by volunteers and requires support from all families.  Events such as our Hit-A-Thon, concession stand operations, and Managing of Teams requires our community to work together.  This year, we have removed the Raffle Ticket fee, but will be charging a $75 Volunteer Fee that will be refunded in full (once your household fulfills the 6 volunteer hours required.  Families who are unable or choose to not volunteer the required amounts will simply not receive the $75 refunded.

What is my child's Little League age?
In order to play in Brandywine Little League you must be of official league age -- between 4 and 16 years old -- as defined by Little League Headquarters. When you register, if the division you expect your child to play in doesn't pop up, please send a note to the Player Agent at [email protected].  We can transfer your player within the system at a later date.  New Players to the league MUST bring the player's original birth certificate when registering the child.

What are the age ranges by division?
Go to the 2024 Divisions page to see division descriptions including age ranges for each division.  Click "Show Details" to learn about age ranges, level of competition, style of play, ability to request coaches/players, and year-end All-Star opportunities.

What are the Residency, School & Document Requirements?

For a child to be a Little Leaguer, eligibility must first be established by way of residency inside the boundaries of the local Little League, OR the location of the school where the child attends is located inside the local league's boundaries.  Note that this excludes home schools, cyber schools, sports-related schools, sports academies, or preschools, or after school where a student participates outside of the primary school the player is enrolled.

Here are the 2024 Residency and School Attendance Eligibility Requirements:
