Registration Information

             
     Welcome to The Wareham Tigers Athletic Association 2017 Registration Page!


Walk-in registration will be at the Wareham YMCA
Wednesday  July 12, 2017 from 6-8:30 PM


This year we are using an online registration process. However, Pop Warner rules still require us to have their registration documents in paper form. As a result, we still need parents to fill out said forms and turn in required documents i.e. report cards and birth certificates. A fillable PDF packet is available for you to download, fill out, print, sign, and return to us during our walk-in registration events. Please read all the information on this page. It has all pertinent information to help facilitate an easier and more efficient registration process.

Program cost for the 2017 season are:
              Football: $155.00
             Cheerleading: $130.00  
              Family Max: $300.00
 
You may register your participant(s) for the 2017 season between 03/15/2017 to 07/12/2017. If you miss the registration period then you should contact us at [email protected] for information.

The first step in the registration process is to create an online account with our program. (Click the "Register Here" button at the bottom of the page after reading all information given) 

Both NEW and RETURNING parents / guardians MUST create an account. You will receive a confirmation email once you have created your account. This is not the final step to register. It only confirms that you have an account with our program. If you did not receive an email then check your spam/junk folder.

After you register with our program, you can then sign up your participant(s) in their perspective programs (Cheer or Football).
There is also a volunteer application option for those who wish to be an assistant coach, team parent, chain crew, etc. If you do not wish to volunteer then check the box at the lower right of your screen and continue. All volunteer roles require CORI checks in accordance with Pop Warner regulation. See our Volunteer Page for more info.

When you get to the payment page you will have a few payment options available to you.

Option 1: If you wish to pay in full then you may pay using your Mastercard or Visa.

Option 2: If you wish to use one of our payment plans then select the plan of your liking. Enrolling in one of the payment plans will permit you to be registered and also pick up your equipment as long as you have turned in all the required forms. 

Option 3: If you wish to "Pay In Person" at one of our walk-in registration events then type in the Coupon Code: 38441  Your participant(s) will be placed in a "Conditional" status until you have paid in person, in full. Once payment and all required forms have been received, your participant(s) will be released from a "Conditional" status and fully registered into the program.

Personal Checks are not accepted.

Once you have selected your payment option and finished registering, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will contain the next steps that you must follow in order to be fully registered including a fillable PDF packet that you can fill-out, print, and turn-in.

The following is a list of documents that you MUST turn into us during one of our walk-in registration events. 
 
Registration Forms Packet (Found Here)

  • These forms are required to be filled out and signed and returned at a walk in registration.
  • The forms are fillable PDFs that you can type on, print, sign, and return to us.
  • All highlighted fields MUST be filled in at a minimum.
  • Complete all attached forms!
Also include:
  • Original Birth Certificate with Raised Seal
    • Pop Warner requires all NEW players to show proof of birth by original birth certificate with raised seal. 
    • If you participated during the 2016 season, we have a Hockomock certified birth certificate already on file. 
    • All original birth certificates will be returned as soon as permitted.
  • Sports Physical
    • Pop Warner Physical Fitness form to be completed by your Dr. and dated after January 1st 2017.  If your Doctor uses a waiver/note form, it will be accepted in place. The form must state the child is able to participate in Football/Cheer or any contact sport.
  • A Copy of the Year End Report Card
  • Football Player Weight
    • When you come to one of our walk-in registrations, your football player(s) will be officially weighed. All football players MUST be present at one of the walk-in registration events.
Once you have completed the forms in the packet, included your player(s) birth certificate (if applicable), and included your player(s) sports physical, you can return the documents to us during one of our walk-in registration events. If you are unable to make one of the registration dates, please contact us to make arrangements to return your paperwork.
