The WTAA is excited to announce that we have partnered with "Every Kid Sports," a nonprofit organization to help kids from low-income families participate in youth sports so that they, too, can experience the positive benefits of playing!

Every Kid Sports offers grants up to $150.00 per athlete per season. A season is considered a three-month time period. You are eligible to reapply every 3 months per child. Families are required to pay at least $10 of the registrations fee or the balance if the fee is greater than $160. You can visit their FAQ page for more info by clicking "HERE."

Once you are approved Chek Spend will begin setting up your account. Please allow 3-4 business days, not including the day you were approved, to receive your temporary password from Chek Spend. Once you receive your temporary password and you set up your account through Chek Spend your funds are ready to use towards your athlete's registration fees.

Another option for you to apply for financial scholarships is through the DJ Henry Dream Fund

The DJ Henry Dream Fund provides financial support allowing youths to participate in sports, performing arts, summer programs, and more. Participation in such programs, despite economic position, empowers young people to be the best they can be.

Children are eligible to be considered for a scholarship if:

*The child has a demonstrated financial need
*The child is between the ages of 5 and 18
*The child is a Massachusetts resident
*The program for which the scholarship is being requested is a community-based sports, fitness, arts or camp program.

***The DJ Henry Dream Fund does NOT cover the cost of equipment, uniforms or costumes
