Fall 2025 - SJ Spartans Youth Football (Ages 5 - 12 years old):
  • U12 - $125
  • U10 - $125
  • U9 - $125
  • Rookie Tackle - $75

*In addition, there is a non-refundable $3 service fee added to the subtotal at the end by the registration software.

The following is now required to start the online registration process:
  1. Recent Picture of child's face, no hats or anything on them.
  2. Birth Certificate
  3. Final Report card (front and back)
  4. Doctor Physical (Medical History file upload question) - this can be dated either 2025 or 2026 is valid
