Fall 2024 - SJ Spartans Youth Cheer

***POP WARNER IS GOING PAPERLESS ONLINE REGISTRATION ONLY***

Fall 2024 - SJ Spartans Youth Cheer (Ages 5 - 12 years old) - $125* for first participant and $100 per additional participant.

*In addition, there is a $3 service fee added to the subtotal at the end, this is not us, but the registration site.

The following is needed to start the online registration process:
  1. Picture of child's face
  2. Birth Certificate

The following will be needed prior to the season, and can be added right to your account online,
  1. Final Report card (front and back)
  2. Doctor Physical

AFTER REGISTERING TO SIGN ELECTRONICALLY AND TO ADD DOCUMENTS LATER:
  1. You can either go to MY ACCOUNT and click sign forms electronically or click this link Sign Forms Electronically Here
  2. Sign in with same email address and password
  3. Click on Player, then click Application
  4. Click Legal agreement to the right for current season
  5. Read disclaimer and initial to sign forms.
  6. TO UPLOAD documents, click certificates under child and this is where you upload them.
