Fall 2025 - SJ Spartans Youth Cheer (Ages 5 - 12 years old)
  • JV - $200
  • Jr. Pee Wee - $200
  • Mitey-Mite - $100
  • Tiny-Mite - $100

*In addition, there is a non-refundable $3 service fee added to the subtotal at the end, this is the registration website.

The following is the only required documents to complete the online registration process:
  1. Recent Picture of child's face, no hats or anything on them.
  2. Birth Certificate
  3. Final Report card (front and back if possible)
  4. Doctor Physical (Medical History file upload question) - this can be dated either 2024 or 2025 is valid

YOU DO NOT NEED TO UPLOAD PLAYER CONTRACT. YOU ONLY NEED TO FILL OUT THE REQUIRED FIELDS AND UPLOAD THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS ABOVE.
