CPW Housekeeping Document/Letter (Please Read)

CPW Chargers Family & Parents, 

First of all, thank you for allowing Cary Pop Warner the opportunity to work with your children this season.  There are a few key housekeeping items that we want to initially inform you of: 

1.       ALL YOUNGER SIBLINGS OR OTHER NON-PARTICIPATING CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES AND ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE PRACTICE FIELD!  Our staff of volunteers cannot be expected to keep an eye on non-participant children while providing quality instruction to your young athletes. 

2.    MAKE SURE THAT ALL CHILDREN ARE SUPERVISED IN THE PARKING AREAS!  There is a lot of traffic coming and going during practices and games and we need your help to keep everyone safe. 

3.    MAKE SURE THAT ALL TRASH IS PROPERLY DISPOSED OF.  Drop all trash in the TRASH CAN on the way out or take it home with you to dispose of later. 

4.    ALL SCHOOL GROUNDS ARE TOBACCO, ALCOHOL, DRUG, AND PET FREE.  Please help us maintain these standards. 

5.    As a 100% volunteer-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, our resources are limited and we are always in need of volunteers to help with the chain gang, counting plays, admissions, and concessions.  Those families NOT planning to volunteer (6 hrs/season) will be charged a $150 NON VOLUNTEER FEE.  Should you pay the fee and end up volunteering 6 or more volunteer hours for the season, your $150 fee will be refunded at the end of the season.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation with these matters.  At the end of the day, the safety and security of your children are our top priority.  GO CHARGERS!!!
