Head Coach

• Manage the team’s coaching staff and players
• Select practice days and times
• Communicate schedules and key information to players and parents (most important role responsibility)
• Plan and lead practices
• Develop batting orders and defensive lineups

Assistant Coach

• Support the Head Coach during practices and games, including:
• Coaching first or third base
• Assisting with drills or skill stations
• Helping with pre-practice and pre-game field prep

Bench Manager

• Support players in the dugout during games
• Help players prepare for upcoming positions
• Assist with catcher gear as needed
• Encourage positive cheering, teamwork, and good sportsmanship

Team Fundraising Coordinator

• Help organize your child’s team fundraising efforts in support of league-wide initiatives
• Assist in raising funds for equipment, gear, baseballs, and field improvements
  elect practice days and times
• Coordinate with the WLL Board’s fundraising team to plan and support Williston Little League events
