2026 Executive Board Meeting Dates

All Executive Board Meetings take place on the 3rd Wednesday of the month during the off season, and the 3rd Tuesday of the Month during season. We start at 6pm in the Halftime Room at Hickory Tree Field.

2026 Executive Board Elections took place in December 2025. The following positions were elected for a two year term: President, Secretary, Cheer Coordinator, Scholastics Coordinator. 

2027 Executive Board Elections will take place in December 2026. The following positions will be up for election: Vice President, Treasurer, Football Commissioner, Compliance Coordinator.
