Our League

Little League Majors

Hall-Dale Little League division is divided into two divisions: Minor and Major. The Little League Major division will be made up of players primarily aged 11 & 12.

This league is a very competitive baseball experience. Little League players tryout and must be picked by a manager to play on a baseball team. Little League has a regular game season and an All-Star post season. These games have winning and losing teams; coaches are on the sidelines and umpires make the final decision.

Inter-league play with Augusta Little League will also take place during the season.

Little League Minors

Hall-Dale Little League division is divided into two divisions: Minor and Major. The Little League Minor division will be made up of players primarily aged 9 & 10.

This league is a very competitive baseball experience. Little League players tryout and must be picked by a manager to play on a baseball team. Farm League

The Farm League Division is split into a Major and Minor Division.

Farm League Minors (ages 5-7)
Will be an introduction to baseball with coaches pitching and a strong emphasis in skill development. This division is strongly recommended for players still learning the fundamentals of the game.

Farm League Major Division (AGES 7-11)
The Major Division will have a concentrated effort in developing the fundamentals and skills of the kids and keeping players active in an "actual game environment". Player pitching will be integrated midway through the season as a precursor to the Little League level.

Tee Ball

Tee Ball consists of basic instruction with small teams of up to 6 to 7 players. Tee ball is the league where most children will start. Basic skills such as throwing, catching and hitting are taught. The focus is on fun in a less competitive environment. Children must be a minimum of 4 years old by  3

Older children are encouraged to play if they need the practice and confidence. Kids play with lots of coaching on the field and a batting tee is used for all hitting.

Challenger

The Little League Challenger Division® was founded in 1989, and is Little League’s adaptive baseball program for individuals with physical, intellectual or developmental challenges.

Any individual with a physical, intellectual or developmental challenge may participate. If an individual can participate in the traditional Little League Baseball or Softball program with reasonable accommodations they should do so. The Little League Challenger Division accommodates players ages 4 to 18; or up to age 22 if still enrolled in school.
