Our East Greenbush Flag Football program is the perfect place for young athletes to learn, grow, and fall in love with the game of football. New this year, we will be having our flag program be "in house" ONLY. As an in house program we focus on building fundamental football skills in a fun, supportive environment while creating lasting memories with teammates and coaches.

Through hands-on, in-depth instruction athletes will develop their understanding of the game - from basic techniques to game awareness - all while preparing for the eventual transition to tackle football. Our goal is to not only teach the sport, but to build confidence, teamwork, and a strong foundation that will carry our players forward both on and off the field. Whether you are new to football or looking to sharpen your skills this program is where it all begins,

Exhibition cheer is offered for ages 3 to 5 to give our youngest athletes the ability to try cheer in a no stress environment, and allow them to showcase all they have learned at 3 to 4 cheer competitions.

Sideline cheer is offered for ages 5 to 10 that would like to cheer but aren't ready to make a commitment to our competitive teams. Sideline cheer will practice and attend games.
