Our registration price is set in a manner that ensures the program's ability to fund much needed equipment & cover player insurance. Registration price this year is set at $175.00 per child. However, we have added a sibling discount. 3 of more siblings registered will receive a discount of 25 dollars off.

The registration process will be completely online. To be fully registered and eligible to participate, the items below will need to be completed.
We kindly ask that all of these be completed by July 15th
1. Register online through the links below. Please make sure to e-sign the Medical Form and Parental Contract.
2. Upload a copy of the child’s birth certificate
3. Upload a current picture of the participant to be used for team ID’s. Please make sure this is clear, we can see their face, and it is of their head and shoulders only. If there is an older picture uploaded and it is not current, please update if possible.
4. Copy of player’s end of year report card showing final grades for the whole school year (this can be uploaded or emailed to us once received)
5. Registration paid in full
