To hold your child's spot on the team, we will need a 2018 Registration Form (found on this page) and tuition.  Before the season starts, you will need to bring a completed 2018 Pop Warner Physical form, recent wallet size photo, last report card (showing all 4 quarters), original birth certificate (unless a returning player; birth certificate will be returned once certified)

You may pay your child's tuition and turn in your paperwork 4 ways:

» ATTEND REGISTRATION: Registrations are held appropriately every other Saturday at Play It Again Sports in Britton Plaza (3914 Britton Plaza) from noon till 3pm. Please check our main page for the next registration date.  You may pay by check, cash, money order or debit/credit card (there is a 2.25% fee to use the card).

» ONLINE REGISTRATION:  Hover over the Registration Info tab and select 2018 Fall Football & Cheer, then choose the appropriate team for your child based on his/her age and follow the prompts.  Once payment is made you may complete the Player Contract (found on this page) and email to [email protected] or mail to South Tampa Titans PO Box 13377, Tampa, FL 33681

» BY MAIL: Make check payable to South Tampa Titans and mail to along with Player Registration Form to South Tampa Titans PO Box 13377, Tampa, FL 33681

We are offering several ways to save your family some money and still enjoy an exciting season of football and cheer.

EARLY REGISTRATION:  Tuition will increase by $50 after Saturday, June 17, 2018 so make sure you sign up before this date (payment plans and sibling discounts are not offered for early registration).

REFERRAL PROGRAM: for every new player or cheerleader you to refer to the Titans, you will receive a rebate card, which is good for either $20 back or $20 towards Titans merchandise (new being anyone who didn't participate in 2017).  To ensure you get the reward, please tell the player you are referring to put your child’s name on his/her registration form.  Rebate may be redeemed after the 3rd game and is only good if both the referring and referred participant have not dropped from the team.

SIBLING DISCOUNT: a discount of $25 is taken off the 2nd and 3rd child who share the same residence

SPRING DISCOUNT: if your child participated in our spring season, he or she may receive a $50 discount on his/her fall tuition

With the exception of early registration, we do accept payment plans and offer special rates for coaches and Board members.
