WELCOME TO 2017 CHELMSFORD POP WARNER FOOTBALL AND CHEERLEADING SEASON

Parents: Please print out registration packet below and fill them in prior to coming to registration.  Please also bring along a certified copy (no photocopies) of your child's birth certificate.  We are not allowed to accept any photocopies, each copy must have a raised seal on it.
 

*Player/cheerleader must be present at time of registration.

At the time of Registration, a minimum of $100 is due.   The balance of the registration fee must be paid in full prior to equipment pick up and uniform fitting. 

Raffle ticket money and stubs are due on or before Uniform Pickup.

Late fee: $50 will be assessed for each participant registered on or after Tuesday August 1, 2017

Refunds: No refunds will be given after Monday August 14, 2017.
