Mount Zion Kids Spirit Sports Program is a fun, stress-free league. Flag Football is available in the fall for ages 7-10! Teams are coed and divided evenly. Registration begins August 11th this year and the season takes place from September 28th through November 16th, followed by our Trophy Party on Sunday, November 17th. Each player is required to wear a mouth guard for practice and games. Cleats and a football are recommended, but not required.

**Practice will be on Monday or Tuesday as you choose when you register, but games on the same night can NOT be assured this season. Games will be on Saturday mornings and on either Monday or Tuesday evenings.

**You can use the same uniform and jerseys from soccer, t-ball, or basketball if you played with us during the past few years and it still fits your child.

**If you have not played with us during the past year, you will need to order a uniform (2 jerseys, 1 shorts, 2 socks, 1 bag) for $36 from the link you will receive in your confirmation email. The uniform shop will open soon and close at the same time that registration does. Your uniform will be delivered to you at one of the practices. This uniform will be used for ALL Spirit sports! It is a one-time cost.
