Mount Zion Kids Spirit Sports Program is a fun, stress-free teaching league. Basketball is available in the winter for ages 4-8. Teams are divided into 4-5 and 6-8 year old age groups. Cheerleading is open to 3-8 year olds. Registration begins in October this year and the season takes place from January through February. Tennis shoes are required and a junior size basketball with the child’s name on it is recommended but not required. Be sure you order your SPIRIT uniform too! It is available through the link in your confirmation email! 

**The Spirit uniform for Basketball (and can be used for all other Spirit sports) costs $33 and includes two jersey shirts, a pair of shorts, two pairs of socks, and a drawstring bag. Please use the link in the confirmation email or on the mzspirit.com homepage to order a basketball uniform.

**Cheerleaders will need to purchase a Cheerleading uniform that can be used each year until a new size is needed. The approximate cost will be $50 and will include the top, skirt, and pompoms. Bloomers will be optional and available for additional purchase. There will be a Cheerleading uniform fitting in early December at a TBD date. Watch for that info in your email. Cheerleading Uniforms will be ordered and paid for at the fitting.
