The Pop Warner Challenger Division brings the Pop Warner experience to participants with special needs by offering a structured cheer and dance program. It is open to athletes ages 5-18 that are currently enrolled in school.

Pop Warner’s overall goals are to enable young people to benefit from participation in team sports and activities in a safe and structured environment and by establishing a Challenger Division Pop Warner is providing an opportunity for everyone to participate by performing as a team before a Pop Warner audience.

Registration cost for our Challenger team will be $150. They will receive a practice set, competition uniform and bow, all of which they will keep at the end of the season.

The team will start practice August 1 and will practice just one day a week. They will learn motions, jumps and stunts in a routine that they will perform at Cheer Jam and will have the option to perform at Regionals and Nationals as well.

Each Challenger team member will be paired with a buddy to help during practices and their routine performance. Any of our competitive cheerleaders aged 13 and older are eligible to be a buddy on the Challenger team. Please let us know if you are interested.
