2025 Evans Pop Warner Cheer

Please read the message below. This year, we have some exciting new things:
Please ensure your child is zoned for Evans High School feeder school or attends Freedom Park
Elementary School in Fort Gordon, GA. For more information, visit the Columbia County Board of
Education website. For participants living in Columbia, I strongly recommend using the link below to
access the Columbia County School Bus Route Website (http://bus-routes.ccboe.net/edulog/webquery/)
This will help you determine what school your child is zoned for (enter grades 9, 10, 11, or 12 for High
School). There are a few exceptions to this rule. If you have any questions, contact the association
president before you register. Before registering your player or cheerleader to serve as a member of the
Evans Pop Warner Football, Dance, and Cheer Program, please ensure that you understand the
refund policy in its entirety, as there will be no refunds granted after your player or cheerleader has
participated in any practice sessions, except where noted below.
After or during your registration process, you will need to complete the Proof of Residency form (link
below) and submit your two proofs of residency (as outlined within the form) along with your respective
bus route, showcasing you are zoned for Evans High School. Not complying with or failing to upload
the appropriate documents could delay or reject your athletes' rostering for Evans Pop Warner.
Proof of Residence Form:
REFUND POLICY: As a non-profit organization, our goal is to maintain the lowest fees possible to ensure
that all individuals have the opportunity to participate in the Evans Pop Warner Football and Cheer
Program. Before the season begins, the Association must coordinate necessary items regarding
equipment, uniforms, insurance, and all other administrative actions. These pre-coordinated items have
associated fees that must be prepaid to guarantee a successful football and cheer season; these
payments are non-refundable. Evans Pop Warner must uphold a refund policy to prevent any loss of
funds to the organization and ensure that parents are fully aware of the policies and procedures
established by Evans Pop Warner.
*** If a player or cheerleader chooses to discontinue participation in the Evans Pop Warner Football
and Cheer Program before ordering uniforms, a refund will be granted less the $25 non-refundable
deposit and the cost of the uniform.
