As a kid growing up in Oklahoma and staying the summers in the country with my grandparents, I always remember my grandma watching an adoption episode on the news every Friday night called ‘A Waiting Child’. She would always tell us how good we had it and how she wish she could help those kids. I remember saying that when I grow up I’m going to adopt all those kids. I’ve never forgot those moments of how we both wanted to help those kids.
Once I grew up, I knew that I could never afford to adopt that many kids, but by starting this Organization was a way for me to help as many kids as I can. With the help of others, we have helped so many. I’m so thankful for the support of others and that we are able to continue giving back to the kids and the communities they live in.
Our Leaders, Mentors, Volunteers, Coaches, Board Members all… either it be helping a parent with funding for an activity/sport, tutoring a child, serving at a women’s battered shelter, feeding the homeless, or attending a school function for a kid, we will continue to do so for the sake of trying to help every child mentally and physically that we come across. Remember that our children are of Promise and not at Risk.

Proverbs 22:6 Train up a child in the way he should go, And when he is old he will not depart from it.
Do your little bit of good where you are; it’s those little bits of good put together that overwhelm the world.
