2025 Smyrna-Clayton Pop Warner Football

Smyrna-Clayton Pop Warner Football Program offers a wide range of opportunity for young student athletes at all skill levels. Teams participate each weekend in both away and home games under the close and watchful eyes of certified coaching staff.

The cost of the program is as follows:

Football- $275

$100 Registration fee
$75 Refundable Volunteer Fee, per athlete (capped at $150 per family)
$100 Uniform fee (Home and away jersey personalized, pants, mouthpiece)

Payments

$75 deposit is due at registration.
$50 discount per additional athlete in the family.
All payments and paperwork are due by July 1, 2025. If not completed, your athlete(s) will be removed from the team.

Refunds

Full refund if athlete is pulled prior to July 15, 2025.
50% refund if athlete is pulled between July 15, 2025 and August 1, 2025.
No refund if pulled after August 1, 2025.
If your athlete(s) make the middle school team and does not wish to continue with Pop Warner, a full refund will be issued.

Physicals

The only form needed is the 2025 Youth Participant Medical History Form.

Waivers

You must have an address within the Smyrna School District boundaries. If north of Smyrna (i.e., Appoquinimink School District), no waiver is needed. If south, (i.e., Capital School District), you must complete a waiver that must be approved by that associations President. There is no guarantee it will be approved. You will be notified either way.

Additional Information

Eligibility based on age as of July 31, 2025.

Season begins July 15, 2025 and can extend into December 2025, dependent upon teams going beyond the regular season (i.e., Nationals). Cheer can extend into the following year if attending Globals.

Smyrna-Clayton Pop Warner Cheer Program offers a wide range of opportunity for young student athletes at all skill levels. Teams participate each weekend in both away and home games under the close and watchful eyes of certified coaching staff.

The cost of the program is as follows:

Cheerleading- $380

$100 Registration fee
$75 Refundable Volunteer Fee, per athlete (capped at $150 per family)
$205 Uniform (Crop, shell, skirt, bloomers, shoes, pink bows)

Payments

$75 deposit is due at registration.
$50 discount per additional athlete in the family
All payments and paperwork are due by July 1, 2025. If not completed, your athlete(s) will be removed from the team

Full refund if athlete is pulled prior to July 15, 2025.
50% refund if athlete is pulled between July 15, 2025 and August 1, 2025.
