2026 Smyrna-Clayton Pop Warner Football

Smyrna-Clayton Pop Warner Football Program offers a wide range of opportunity for young student athletes at all skill levels. Teams participate each weekend in both away and home games under the close and watchful eyes of certified coaching staff.

The cost of the program is as follows:

Football- $350

$150 Registration fee
$75 Refundable Volunteer Fee, per athlete (capped at $150 per family)
$125 Uniform fee (Home and away jersey personalized, pants)

Payments

$75 deposit is due at registration.
$50 discount per additional athlete in the family.
All payments and paperwork are due by July 1, 2026. If not completed, your athlete(s) will be removed from the team.

Refunds

Full refund if athlete is pulled prior to July 15, 2026.
50% refund if athlete is pulled between July 15, 2026 and August 1, 2026.
No refund if pulled after August 1, 2026.
If your athlete(s) make the middle school team and does not wish to continue with Pop Warner, a full refund, minus the cost of the game uniform, will be issued.

Physicals

The only form needed is the 2026 Youth Participant Medical History Form.

Waivers

You must have an address within the Smyrna School District boundaries. If north of Smyrna (i.e., Appoquinimink School District), no waiver is needed. If south, (i.e., Capital School District), you must complete a waiver that must be approved by that associations President. There is no guarantee it will be approved. You will be notified either way.

Additional Information

Eligibility based on age as of July 15, 2026.

Season begins July 15, 2026 and can extend into December 2026, dependent upon teams going beyond the regular season (i.e., Nationals).

Smyrna-Clayton Pop Warner Cheer Program offers a wide range of opportunity for young student athletes at all skill levels. Teams participate each weekend in both away and home games under the close and watchful eyes of certified coaching staff.

The cost of the program is as follows:

Cheerleading- $425

$150 Registration fee
$75 Refundable Volunteer Fee, per athlete (capped at $150 per family)
$200 Uniform (Crop, shell, skirt, bloomers, shoes, pink bows & regular season bows)

Payments

$75 deposit is due at registration.
$50 discount per additional athlete in the family
All payments and paperwork are due by July 1, 2026. If not completed, your athlete(s) will be removed from the team

Refunds

Full refund if athlete is pulled prior to July 15, 2026.
50% refund if athlete is pulled between July 15, 2026 and August 1, 2026.
No refund if pulled after August 1, 2026.
