2024 Smyrna-Clayton Pop Warner Football

Smyrna-Clayton Pop Warner Football Program offers a wide range of opportunity for young student athletes at all skill levels. Teams participate each weekend in both away and home games under the close and watchful eyes of certified coaching staff.

The cost of the program is as follows:

Football- $340
  • $160 Registration fee (covers the cost of Guardian caps for all helmets)
  • $75 Refundable Volunteer Fee, per athlete (capped at $150 per family)
  • $105 Uniform fee (Home and away jersey personalized, pants, mouthpiece)

Payments
  • $75 deposit is due at registration.
  • $50 discount per additional athlete in the family
  • All payments and paperwork are due by July 1, 2024. If not completed, your athlete(s) will be removed from the team

Refunds
  • Full refund if athlete is pulled prior to August 1, 2024
  • 50% refund if athlete is pulled between August 1, 2024 and August 15, 2024
  • No refund if pulled after August 15, 2024
  • If your athlete(s) make the middle school team and does not wish to continue with Pop Warner, a full refund will be issued

Physicals
  • This year, the only form needed is the 2024 Youth Participant Medical History Form

Waivers

You must have an address within the Smyrna School District boundaries. If north of Smyrna (i.e., Appoquinimink School District), no waiver is needed. If south, (i.e., Capital School District), you must complete a waiver that must be approved by that associations President. There is no guarantee it will be approved. You will be notified either way.


Additional Information

Eligibility based on age as of July 31, 2024.

Season begins August 1, 2024 and can extend into December 2024, dependent upon teams going beyond the regular season (i.e., Nationals). Cheer can extend into the following year if attending Globals.

13U Football will only occur with enough interest in both Smyrna-Clayton league AND Henlopen. Players are now permitted to play for both Pop Warner and Middle School, with restrictions on full contact.

2024 Smyrna-Clayton Pop Warner Fall Cheer

Smyrna-Clayton Pop Warner Cheer Program offers a wide range of opportunity for young student athletes at all skill levels. Teams participate each weekend in both away and home games under the close and watchful eyes of certified coaching staff.

The cost of the program is as follows:

Cheerleading- $380
  • $100 Registration fee
  • $75 Refundable Volunteer Fee, per athlete (capped at $150 per family)
  • $205 Uniform (Crop, shell, skirt, bloomers, shoes, pink bows)

Payments
  • $75 deposit is due at registration.
  • $50 discount per additional athlete in the family
  • All payments and paperwork are due by July 1, 2024. If not completed, your athlete(s) will be removed from the team

  • Full refund if athlete is pulled prior to August 1, 2024
