**SMLL EVALUATION DAY FOR OUR LEAGUE AGE 7-12's **

Evaluation Day Details: 

• Location: Tijeras Creek Park
• Arrival time: 20 minutes before scheduled evaluation time in order to find parking and checked in (please be on time)
• League age 7 and 8 year olds will be evaluated on Field 1 (Back corner closest to the Toll Road)
• League age 9-12 year olds will be evaluated on Field 3 (Closest to the school)
• The evaluation sheet (link above) will be updated as each group enters the field for their evaluation.  This will help you to know where we are at in the schedule.  Groups will be changed to Green to identify that they have been called.
• The older the player, the more efficiently we can maintain the schedule.  As the player groups get younger, the group pace tends to slow down a bit.
• Due to a tight schedule, if you miss your assigned group time slot, you will need to attend the make-up evaluation day scheduled for the evening of Wednesday, January 10th
• Those who registered AFTER January 6th, will need to attend the make up evaluations on Wednesday, January 10th. 
• Players can wear athletic shoes, turf shoes or cleats (no metal cleats allowed).
• All players must bring a glove, bat and helmet. Please only use a league approved (USA) bat and leave extra equipment at home. No personal equipment will be shared. If you forget a glove, helmet or league approved bat your child will not be evaluated. 
• VERIFICATION AVAILABLE ALL DAY - please bring required documents See link.
• Your child must be evaluated in order to play little league baseball according to the Little League International Rule Book
• We will do everything in our ability to maintain an efficient schedule however your patience with our volunteers is greatly appreciated!
