#5-Please upload a picture of your child and a copy of their birth certificate directly to your online account-INSTRUCTIONS HERE

#6-With the same instructions as #5 scroll down to the bottom and you will see a section where you can upload the documents to your account that you filled out above (steps #1-#4) . Once this is completed your player will be verified.
