You are invited to train with the W.S.H.S. Wildcat coaching staff and players to become a champion this summer!

The focus of the youth camp at Westerville South is teaching the value of having fun and winning while developing skilled, confident, and creative players. Each session is designed to help players learn the techniques and skills appropriate for all ages (especially ages boys and girls age 5-14). Each night will focus on a different aspect of ball control, passing/receiving, skill moves, speed and agility, finishing, group play, and small-sided games. Most importantly we provide a fun, safe and educational experience, while instilling good sportsmanship and respect for all

Whether you are a recreational player, a select team player or play for the best club in the city, the Wildcat coaching staff is dedicated to excellence and fulfilling the camp experience on and off the field!

Friday, July 5, 2023 - 6:00 - 8:00pm 
Saturday, July 6, 2023 - 6:00 - 8:00pm

What to Bring:

Be properly dressed; wear soccer cleats/shoes and shin guards. Bring plenty of water and a soccer ball (ball sizes: ages 5-7 size 3, ages 8-12 size 4, and ages 13+ size 5).

Basic Nightly Itinerary

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early. 
6:00pm – Welcome/ Introductions/ Discussion 
6:05pm - Warm-up activity 
6:10pm – Water Break 
6:15pm – Break out into groups/Game (players will be grouped by age/skill with coaches) 
6:30pm – Introduce daily skill/technical moves 
6:40pm – (Practice skill/technical moves from previous day) 
6:45pm – Water Break 
6:50pm - Final variation of skill/technical move, Skills in play 
7:00pm - Small sided games (depending on ages: 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, 7v7) 
7:45pm –Water Break 
7:50pm - Closing Inspiration/ Cool Down 
8:00pm - Finished for the night

Facilities

The camp will be held at the Westerville South High School stadium. The stadium field is turf, which is ideal for training in all sorts of weather conditions, however we also have grass fields on site.

Refund Policy 

100% on or before June 1 (less registration/processing and camp shirt fees)
50% on or before June 15 (less registration/processing and camp shirt fees)
All payments made after June 15 are non-refundable 
Rescheduling due to weather are non-refundable
