NEW 6th Grade Advanced League

The Mid-State directors agreed to add an advanced football option for tackle football players in the 2024 season.

This path offers our young athletes who compete in the Mid-State Youth League the opportunity to be selected or chosen to participate in a more competitive football setting. Advanced Football is designed to help coaches teach athletes based on their age and the skill they are learning. This assists with our young athletes' development and skill progression, allowing them to grow with the game and learn the game and related skills in progression as we prepare them for Middle School Football.

Advance Football Highlights

Introduces Special team play.
Allows for even and odd front Defensive line play.
Middle School rules were implemented where applicable.
No Biltzing between the tackles
