MJFL Photo Release Policy

As a parent of a Martinsville Junior Football League football player and/or cheerleader, I hereby grant permission for MJFL to use pictures of my son/daughter, for the express purpose of promotion of MJFL programs, to post pictures of my son/daughter on the MJFL website, and to include pictures of my son/daughter in the end-of-season yearbook.
