Season Cancelled

On behalf of the WYO Board members I would like to first thank you for your patience and understanding as we worked through the uncertainty of COVID19 and all that it has brought to the table this season. We understand it has been frustrating and has left a lack of planning for a normal baseball or softball season.

Due to the current COVID19 situation and no official league to play, the WYO Board has ultimately decided to cancel our 2020 baseball and softball season. It was not an easy decision as we wanted to do everything we could for our kids.

Moving forward we are asking for you to fill out this FORM by Saturday MAY 30th.

Once your form is submitted no further action on your behalf will be required.

We will be offering 2 options to close out the registration for our canceled 2020 season.

Please know we do not expect a donation, but donating your registration fee will be greatly appreciated and help us continue to improve our fields as well as our program in preparation for 2021! The WYO will still incur several expenses even without a season such as insurance expenses, field maintenance, dugout repair, field repair, and utilities.

Refunds will process back to the card used for registration early next week (June 1-3). Once the refund is complete you will receive a confirmation email.
