Track Camp
Interested in running track? This is a great way to introduce young athletes to the different track events. Sprints, hurdles, jumps, throws, and pole vault. Under the guidance of SHS track coaches and team members, you will learn about speed and power development, running and field event mechanics, warm-up routines, rules and more!

Lakeshore Track Meet – June 26th (Zeeland Stadium Track)
In conjunction with our track camp we offer a Lakeshore Track Meet on June 26th. The track meet is optional and each participant will need to register before June 20 at the Saugatuck Recreation website. Each participant will pick three events to compete in. Shot-put, Long Jump, 50M, 100M, 200M, 400M, ½ mile and 1mile.
