2025 SCORE BASEBALL

SCORE Baseball at Saluda River Baptist is a beginner friendly competitive baseball league for all skill levels with practice 1 day a week and games played on Saturday mornings. All games and practices take place on the field at Saluda River Baptist Church.

We play and practice in a positive Christian atmosphere where all players play equally, and we cheer for and encourage everyone. We'll play a 7 or 8 game schedule this year. Preferred practice night selection is available (Tuesday or Thursday) with practice starting at 5:45 or 6:45, lasting one hour.

 T-Ball - Ages 3-5 Pre k - Kindergarten
Coaches Pitch Minors - Ages 6-10 1st grade - 4th grade
(According to skill levels players may move up or down on approval of Director)
Coaches Pitch Teams have a Coach Catching and Pitching so we try and make smaller teams so everyone gets Playing Time
 
Price is $78 per child with a $10 discount for siblings.
Coaches are Needed - Please Sign up through our System if Interested! No experience necessary
 
Practice starts the week of April 9th.  Games are on Saturdays starting April 19th thru May 31st

2025 SCORE SUMMER SOCCER CAMP

Saluda River Sports Camp (June 16th, 17th, 18th)

Ages 4 - 12
Registration Fee: $35.00
Please come join us for our SCORE Sports Camp here at Saluda River Baptist! Each day we'll focus on developing critical skills for soccer. Additionally, students will learn about the gospel and incorporate what they learn into small projects and activities.

This training camp will take place indoors. We ask that participants bring tennis shoes or indoor soccer shoes.

Dinner & Snacks will be provided!

2025 SCORE SUMMER 5K RUNNING PROGRAM

Saluda River 5k Running Program Camp (Wednesday's June 11th - July 30th) (Hot Summer's Night 5k Aug 2nd)

Third Grade - 6th Grade
Registration Fee: $30.00
Please come join us for our first SCORE Sports Running Camp here at Saluda River Baptist! Every Wednesday, we'll focus on developing critical skills for running and gradually increase running distance. Additionally, students will learn about the gospel and incorporate what they learn into small projects and activities. At the end of the running program, campers will run the Hot Summer Night 5k in downtown Columbia August 2nd.

What is the parents’/ guardians’ responsibility? It is the adults’ responsibility to provide time and safety measures for the child to train at home, pick up or make arrangements for camper at 6:45 pm on practice meeting days, and purchase the camper appropriately fitted running shoes. (Shoes do not need to be expensive to be good, but do need to fit properly and have shock absorption, motion control and stability to help prevent injury). 

This training camp will take place outdoors on the Saluda River Baptist campus. We ask that participants bring tennis shoes.

Snacks will be provided!
