Diamond Valley Baseball & Softball Background Check Policy
Volunteers within our league (managers, coaches, members of the Board of Directors, and other persons, volunteer or hired workers who provide regular service to the league and/or have repetitive access to or contact with players or teams), MUST submit annually a "Diamond Valley Baseball & Softball Volunteer Application."

Absolutely no parents, relatives, or friends of the players will be allowed onto the field, dugout or to directly interact with the children as volunteer, or coach without out submitting a volunteer application and completing a background check.

We encourage and appreciate all volunteers and assistance, so please be sure to complete the above requested application to begin the application process. No volunteer will be allowed to participate until cleared. No application is guaranteed and subject to background check clearance approval.

No application will be processed with out a fully completed application (application requirements: Social Security Number, Driver's License number, Copy of driver's license, live signature.

Diamond Valley Baseball & Softball League conducts a National Criminal File database search that includes criminal records and sex offender registry records across 50 states.
